This training center website design project for Al Burraque Consultancy and Training Center in Doha brings two services together: counselling and mental wellness support, and professional courses like Power BI, PMP prep and Advanced Excel. The bilingual site shows upcoming courses with dates, a monthly training calendar and an easy, calm way to book a consultation — for individuals and for company HR teams alike.

The challenge

Al Burraque Consultancy and Training Center in Doha describes itself as a center for "mental wellness, corporate well-being, and professional trainings". It serves individuals, teams, organisations and families, with psychologist and counselling support alongside skill-based courses.

That mix is unusual, and it created a careful design problem:

  1. Two very different visitors. A person looking for counselling is often anxious and wants privacy and warmth. A company HR manager booking Power BI training for ten staff wants dates, topics and a quick quote. The site had to welcome both.
  2. Courses with real dates. Training only sells if people can see what is coming up and when — Power BI, PMP exam prep, Advanced Excel and more.
  3. A calendar view. Corporate clients plan training a month ahead. A monthly training calendar was needed.
  4. Clear, calm booking. For counselling, the step from "reading" to "booking" must feel safe and simple.
  5. Practical details. Office hours (Saturday to Thursday 9:30 am to 8:30 pm; Friday 8 am to 8 pm with a break from 11 am to 1 pm) and a 24/7 emergency line had to be easy to find.
  6. Arabic and English, as expected in Qatar.

Getting the tone right#

Many training websites look loud and salesy. That works poorly for mental health services. Many counselling websites look soft and quiet. That works poorly for corporate training. The site needed one calm, professional tone that suits both.

What we built

We built a bilingual site with a clear structure and a calm, professional look.

Structure#

  • Home — both sides of the business introduced up front, with a "Book A Consultation" button.
  • About — who the center is and how it works.
  • Services — counselling, wellness programmes, corporate well-being and training.
  • Courses — upcoming courses with dates and six training categories, including a dedicated mental health and wellness programme category.
  • Clients — organisations that have trained with the center.
  • Gallery — photos from sessions and events.
  • Contact Us — phone, email, WhatsApp, hours and the emergency line.

Courses people can plan around#

Each upcoming course shows its date clearly — for example Power BI, PMP preparation and Advanced Excel. A monthly training calendar shows everything happening that month, so an HR manager can plan in one look.

Calm booking for counselling#

The "Book A Consultation" button leads to a simple contact page. No long forms, no pressure. People can also reach the center directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, whichever feels easiest.

Smart newsletter#

The newsletter sign-up asks one extra question: what are you interested in? Options are Corporate Training, Individual Counselling and Wellness Programs. That lets the center send each person only what is relevant, instead of the same email to everyone.

Testimonials#

Feedback from past participants appears on the home page to build trust with new visitors.

Arabic and English#

The whole site switches between English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left layout.

Managed by the client#

Courses, dates, the calendar, gallery photos and testimonials are updated from an admin panel. When a new batch is scheduled, it goes live in minutes.

Decisions that mattered#

  • One calm tone for two audiences. Professional enough for HR teams, gentle enough for counselling clients.
  • Dates on everything. Courses without dates do not get booked.
  • Interest-based newsletter. More relevant emails mean fewer unsubscribes.
  • Hours and emergency line always visible. For a wellness center, being reachable matters.

Advice for training centers#

If you run courses, put dates front and centre and make the calendar easy to read. If you also offer personal services, give them their own calm path to booking. A training center website design should make both feel easy, without one drowning out the other.

Questions about this project

What should a training center website include?
Upcoming courses with dates, a calendar view, clear categories, testimonials, and a simple way to enquire or book. Al Burraque's site also includes counselling booking and an interest-based newsletter.
Can one website serve both counselling and corporate training?
Yes, if each service has its own clear path and the overall tone stays calm and professional. Al Burraque's site does this with separate service and course sections and a simple consultation button.
Can the training center update courses and dates itself?
Yes. Courses, dates, the calendar and gallery are all managed from an admin panel.
