Timez Education, also known as Timez IQ, provides one-to-one online tuition. It was founded in 2020 and teaches students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 across different curricula. Subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Hindi, Malayalam and French, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology for higher grades. Many of its families are in Qatar.

The person filling in the form is almost always a parent, not the student. That shaped the brief:

1. Find the right tutor fast. A parent wants to say "Grade 7, Maths" and get help. They should not have to read through pages of course descriptions.
2. Many subjects, many grades. Twelve grades and a long subject list can easily become confusing. The site had to make the choice simple.
3. Useful free material. Question papers in Science and Mathematics give parents a reason to visit and show the quality of teaching.
4. Contact the way parents prefer. In Qatar, that usually means WhatsApp.
5. Trust. Parents want to hear from other parents. Testimonials had to be easy to see.
6. Hiring tutors. A tutoring business grows by adding good tutors, so a careers page was part of the brief.

Why a simple finder beats a course catalogue#

Tutoring is personal. Parents are not buying a fixed course; they are looking for the right teacher for their child's grade and subject. A short "pick grade, pick subject, send" flow suits that much better than a catalogue of packages.

On the Tuition page, a parent:

1. Picks a grade from 1 to 12.
2. Picks a subject from the list for that grade.
3. Sends a short enquiry.

Higher grades show Physics, Chemistry and Biology; lower grades show the core subjects. Parents only see what is relevant to their child.

"Book a Class" everywhere#

The "Book a Class" button appears across the site and always takes parents to the Tuition finder. There is only ever one next step.

WhatsApp-first contact#

Enquiries can go straight to WhatsApp, plus phone and email. Most parents send a quick message rather than fill in a long form, so we made that the easiest path.

Free question papers#

The Question Papers section offers practice papers in Science and Mathematics. It helps students, shows parents the standard of teaching, and gives the site useful content for search engines.

A friendly brand#

An animated logo and a bright, simple layout make the site feel welcoming for families, while staying clear and easy to read.

Managed by the client#

Subjects, question papers, testimonials and job openings are updated from an admin panel.

Decisions that mattered#

• Finder, not catalogue. Grade plus subject is how parents think, so that is how the site works.
• One button, one action. "Book a Class" always leads to the same place.
