This healthcare website design project was for We Care, a nursing services company in Doha. The site explains six areas of care — from infant and elder care to nurses for hospitals, schools and companies — in plain words, and makes it easy for a worried family or an HR manager to call, email or WhatsApp straight away.

The challenge

We Care is a nursing services company based in Old Salata, Doha, near the National Museum of Qatar. It provides DHP-registered nurses for home care and supplies healthcare staff to organisations.

The business serves two very different kinds of client:

  • Families looking for help at home — care for a newborn, an elderly parent, or a family member with special needs.
  • Organisations — hospitals and clinics, schools and nurseries, and industrial and corporate clients that need nurses on site.

That made the brief delicate:

  1. Warm for families. Someone searching for elder care is often stressed and short on time. The site needed to feel calm and trustworthy, not like a sales page.
  2. Clear for organisations. An HR or operations manager wants to know what staff are available and how outsourcing works, quickly.
  3. Trust signals. In healthcare, people need to see that nurses are properly registered, that care is safe, and that the company is real — with a licence number and a real office address.
  4. Fast contact. When care is needed, it is often needed today. Phone, email and WhatsApp had to be visible everywhere.
  5. Easy for the team to edit. Services, career openings and contact details change, and the team needed to update them without a developer.

Why healthcare sites need a different tone#

A healthcare website design that shouts offers and discounts makes people trust it less. What works is quiet confidence: clear services, real credentials, and an easy way to talk to a person.

What we built

We built a WordPress website with the Elementor page builder, so the We Care team could edit pages themselves.

Structure#

  • Home — "A Complete Medical Solution", the main promises, services, vision and contact.
  • About us — who We Care is and how it works.
  • Services — a dropdown with six areas of care.
  • Career — for nurses who want to join.
  • Contacts — address, phone numbers, email and commercial registration number.

Six areas of care#

The Services menu splits care into six clear pages:

  1. Hospitals and Clinics
  2. Industrial and Corporate Clients
  3. Schools and Nurseries
  4. Infant Care
  5. Elder Care
  6. Special Needs Care

A family goes straight to Infant, Elder or Special Needs Care. A business goes straight to the organisation pages. Nobody has to read about services that are not for them.

Trust, stated simply#

The home page explains why families and organisations can rely on We Care, in short points:

  • Only DHP-registered, qualified nurses.
  • Safety and security guarantee.
  • On-site physician services and certified home care programmes.
  • 24/7 availability.
  • Experienced, quality care at a low cost.

The footer shows the full office address and the company's C.R. number, which matter to cautious customers in Qatar.

Explaining staff outsourcing#

For organisations, the site explains outsourcing in one paragraph: you get qualified, registered medical staff for a relatively small investment, without handling healthcare licensing yourself. That is the main reason a business would call.

Contact everywhere#

  • Phone and email in a clear "Care is easier than ever" section.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter links in the header.
  • Three phone numbers and an operations email in the footer.

Decisions that mattered#

  • WordPress and Elementor. The team can change text, photos and job openings on their own.
  • Services split by who needs them. Families and organisations each get a direct path.
  • Credentials on the home page. Registered nurses and a C.R. number build trust before the first call.

This site is not online at the moment; this write-up is based on the version that was live in July 2025.

Questions about this project

What makes a good healthcare website?
A calm tone, services split by who needs them, clear credentials such as registered staff and a licence number, and contact options on every page. We Care's site was built around these points.
Why use WordPress for a care provider?
It lets the team update services, photos and job openings themselves. For a small healthcare business, that keeps the site current without ongoing developer costs.
Can one site serve families and companies?
Yes. We Care's services menu separates family care (infant, elder, special needs) from organisation services (hospitals, schools, companies), so each visitor finds their page quickly.
