This IT company website design project was for Five Designer Technologies, a digital agency in Qatar. The site presents six services on clear pages, shows a portfolio and client list, answers common questions in an FAQ, and turns visitors into leads with a detailed quote form that lets them pick the services they need.

The challenge

Five Designer Technologies is a digital solutions company in Qatar. It builds websites and mobile apps, runs ecommerce projects, and offers branding, SEO, digital marketing and social media management for businesses in Doha and across the country.

An agency's own website has a hard job. Every visitor is judging the agency's skill by the site itself, and most of them are comparing several agencies at once. The brief:

  1. Explain six services without clutter. Web design and development, mobile apps, ecommerce, branding, digital marketing and SEO, and social media management. Each needed its own clear page.
  2. Prove the work. A portfolio and a client list, so visitors can see real projects.
  3. Rank in Qatar. The agency competes for searches like "web development company in Qatar", so the page structure and copy had to be built with local SEO in mind.
  4. Qualify leads. A simple "contact us" form gives the sales team little to work with. The agency wanted to know company name, website and which services the person needs before the first call.
  5. Answer common questions early. Buyers ask the same things — iOS and Android apps, SEO, ongoing marketing — so an FAQ could save time on both sides.

Why agency websites often underperform#

Many agency sites spend the whole home page on big slogans and animations, and leave the services vague. Buyers then still don't know what the agency actually does or what working with them looks like. A good IT company website design makes the services concrete and the next step obvious.

What we built

We built a service-led site with a clear structure: Home, About Us, Services, Our Clients, Portfolio and Contact Us, plus a "Get a free Quote" button in the header.

Six service pages#

Each service has its own page with a short, direct introduction:

  1. Web Design & Development — responsive websites built to bring results for brands in Qatar.
  2. Mobile App Development — secure, user-friendly apps for iOS and Android.
  3. Ecommerce Development — mobile-first, SEO-friendly online stores for Doha businesses.
  4. Branding Designing — logos, stationery, marketing material and brand guidelines.
  5. Digital Marketing & SEO — targeted strategies to attract customers.
  6. Social Media Management — content, campaigns and performance tracking.

The Services menu lists all six, so a visitor goes straight to the one they need.

Built for local search#

Page titles, the meta description and on-page copy use the phrases Qatar buyers actually search, such as web development, ecommerce and SEO in Qatar and Doha. Every service page targets its own search term, rather than one home page trying to rank for everything.

Proof: portfolio and clients#

A Portfolio section shows work by category, and an Our Clients section shows brands the agency has worked with in Qatar.

A quote form that qualifies leads#

The contact form asks for:

  • First and last name, company name, email and phone.
  • Company website (optional).
  • Service required — visitors can pick one or several of the six services, or "Other".
  • A short project description.

The sales team knows what the lead wants before the first call.

FAQ#

A Frequently Asked Questions section answers common questions up front — for example, whether the agency builds apps for both iOS and Android (yes), and whether its websites are SEO-optimised (yes, with a focus on the Qatari market).

Managed from an admin panel#

Services, portfolio items and client logos are managed from an admin panel, so new work can be added as soon as it launches.

Decisions that mattered#

  • One page per service. Clearer for visitors, and stronger for search.
  • Multi-select quote form. Better leads, shorter sales calls.
  • FAQ on the home page. Answers objections before they become emails.

This site is not online at the moment; this write-up is based on the version that was live in April 2026.

Questions about this project

What should a digital agency website include?
A clear page for each service, a portfolio of real work, a client list, an FAQ and a quote form that asks what the visitor needs. Five Designer's site had all of these.
Why give each service its own page?
Visitors find what they need faster, and each page can rank on Google for its own search term, such as ecommerce development in Qatar.
How can a contact form improve leads?
By asking for company details and which services are needed. The sales team then starts the first call already knowing what the client wants.
