DSA Chartered Accountants needed a website design company Dubai firms can trust with a serious subject. We built a corporate site that explains audit, VAT, corporate tax, accounting and advisory services in plain language, shows both UAE offices, and makes it easy for a business owner to ask for a quote.

The challenge

DSA Chartered Accountants LLC is a firm of chartered accountants in the UAE. It offers audit and assurance, taxation (including VAT and the newer UAE Corporate Tax), accounting and business advisory. It has two offices: one in BurJuman Business Tower in Bur Dubai, and an ADGM branch at Pixel Plaza on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.

A website for an accounting firm has an unusual job. The people reading it are often worried — about a tax deadline, an audit, or a new rule they do not fully understand. They are not looking to be impressed. They want to know three things quickly:

  1. Can this firm handle my problem? For example, corporate tax registration, a VAT return, or a statutory audit.
  2. Are they properly qualified and based here? A real office address in the UAE matters a lot.
  3. How do I talk to someone? A quote request or a quick message, without a long form.

The brief also had some firm-specific needs:

  • Two locations. The Dubai office and the ADGM branch in Abu Dhabi serve different clients. Both needed to be shown clearly.
  • Ongoing guidance. UAE tax rules have changed a lot in recent years. The firm wanted a place to publish insights and blog articles to show it keeps up.
  • Ethics and careers. For a regulated profession, a visible ethics page builds trust, and a careers page helps hiring.

What usually goes wrong#

Many accounting firm websites either list every possible service in one long page, or hide everything behind "Contact us for details". Both lose the visitor. A business owner with a VAT question wants to land on a VAT page, read a short clear explanation, and then contact the firm.

What we built

We designed a corporate site where every page answers one clear question.

Structure#

  • Home — what the firm does, in one short line, with a "Get a Quote" button always in reach.
  • About Us — who the firm is and how it works.
  • Our Presence — the two offices: Dubai (BurJuman Business Tower) and Abu Dhabi (ADGM, Pixel Plaza, Al Reem Island).
  • Services — separate pages for Audit & Assurance, Taxation (VAT and Corporate Tax), Accounting and Business Advisory.
  • Insights and Blog — articles on UAE tax and compliance. The blog runs on its own subdomain so the firm's team can publish freely.
  • Career and Ethics — two pages that matter more for a professional firm than for most businesses.
  • Contact Us — address, phone, email and a quote form.

Plain language for a technical subject#

Tax and audit are full of jargon. We wrote and laid out each service page so a business owner can understand what the service is and when they need it, before any technical detail. Short paragraphs, clear headings and simple lists.

Easy ways to get in touch#

  • A "Get a Quote" call to action on key pages.
  • A WhatsApp chat link, because in the UAE many owners prefer a quick message to a call.
  • Links to the firm's X (Twitter) and Instagram.

Trust and security#

Email addresses on the site are protected from spam bots, and the site runs behind Cloudflare for speed and security. These are small things, but for a finance firm, receiving less spam and loading fast both matter.

Decisions that mattered#

  • Show both offices with full addresses. For UAE clients, a real local office is a key trust signal, and ADGM clients need to know the firm is present there.
  • One page per service. It helps visitors, and it helps Google show the right page for searches like "VAT services in Dubai" or "corporate tax consultant UAE".
  • A separate blog. Keeping articles on their own subdomain lets the team post often without touching the main site.

Why this matters for professional firms#

When someone searches for an auditor or tax consultant, they usually open three or four firm websites side by side. The one that explains their exact problem in clear words, and shows a real office nearby, gets the call. That is what this site was built to do.

Questions about this project

What should a chartered accountant website include?
A separate page for each service (audit, tax, accounting, advisory), real office addresses, a short quote form, and a blog or insights section that shows the firm keeps up with rule changes. Ethics and careers pages also help a regulated firm.
Do you design websites for businesses in Dubai and the UAE?
Yes. We work with clients in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia from our base in India. Calls, reviews and updates all happen online, and we share working previews at every stage.
Why put the blog on a subdomain?
It lets the firm's team publish articles freely without risking changes to the main site. Both are still linked together so visitors and search engines can move between them.
