This SaaS landing page design project was for Connecti-fy, which described itself as Qatar's first all-in-one marketing automation platform. The page explains a complex product — many communication channels in one inbox, AI-driven automation and CRM — in one clear message, and gives business owners an easy way to get in touch.

The challenge

Connecti-fy was a marketing automation platform built for business owners in Qatar. Its pitch was to bring many communication channels into a single interface, and to combine AI-driven automation with CRM tools, so a business can manage marketing, communication and sales in one place.

A software product like this is hard to explain on a website. The brief:

  1. One clear message. Business owners are busy. The page needed to say what Connecti-fy does in a single line: "Powering the future of business communication and automation."
  2. Explain the value, not the features. Owners do not buy "omnichannel AI CRM". They buy fewer missed messages and less manual work. The copy had to make that plain.
  3. A local angle. Positioning Connecti-fy as built for Qatar businesses set it apart from big global tools.
  4. An easy first contact. At launch stage, the goal was conversations with interested businesses, so phone and email had to be clear.
  5. Launch fast. A product launch needs a page live quickly, not a months-long website project.

Why SaaS landing pages need restraint#

It is tempting to list every feature of a new product. That usually confuses visitors. A good SaaS landing page design says one thing well, proves it briefly, and asks for one action.

What we built

We designed a short, focused landing page with four parts: Home, About, Services and Contact.

The headline#

The hero states the whole idea in one line: "Powering the future of business communication and automation." Everything else on the page supports that sentence.

About, in plain words#

The About section explains Connecti-fy in two short sentences:

  • It is an all-in-one marketing automation platform, tailored for business owners in Qatar.
  • It brings multiple communication channels into a single interface, with AI-driven automation and CRM tools to manage marketing, communications and sales efficiently.

No jargon lists, no feature tables — just what it does and who it is for.

Clear next step#

A "View More" link leads deeper for interested visitors, and the footer shows two Qatar phone numbers and an email address, so a business owner can call or write straight away.

Quick links and vision#

The footer includes quick links to About, Home and the company's vision, keeping navigation simple on a one-page site.

Fast to launch#

Because the page is small and focused, it could go live quickly and be changed easily as the product's message evolved.

Decisions that mattered#

  • One headline, one idea. Visitors understand the product in seconds.
  • Value before features. "Manage marketing, communications and sales in one place" says more to an owner than a list of integrations.
  • Local positioning. "Built for Qatar" gives a reason to choose it over global tools.
  • Phone and email up front. Right for a launch stage, when every conversation matters.

Lessons for SaaS founders#

Your first website does not need to be big. It needs to explain the product in one sentence, show who it is for, and make it easy to start a conversation. You can add pricing, feature pages and sign-up flows once people are asking for them.

This site is not online at the moment; this write-up is based on the version that was live in March 2025.

Questions about this project

What makes a good SaaS landing page?
One clear headline that explains the product, a short description of who it is for and what it solves, and one obvious next step. Extra features can wait for later pages.
Should a new software product launch with a big website?
Usually not. A focused landing page goes live faster and is easier to change while the product and message are still being tested.
Can a landing page grow into a full product site?
Yes. Pricing, feature pages, sign-up and a help centre can be added on the same foundation once customers start asking for them.
