This manpower consultancy website was built for Sky World Bokaro, a recruitment firm in Bokaro that places skilled workers in Gulf jobs. The site explains six industries it recruits for, lists current openings in Saudi Arabia, shares candidate stories, and puts an "Apply For Job" button on every page.

The challenge

Sky World Bokaro is a Gulf job consultancy based opposite the Honda showroom in Sector 4, Bokaro. It connects skilled workers and professionals from Jharkhand and nearby states with employers in the Gulf, especially Saudi Arabia.

A recruitment website talks to two groups at once:

  • Job seekers — engineers, technicians and workers who want a safe, genuine route to a Gulf job.
  • Employers — companies in the Gulf that need reliable staff quickly.

For job seekers in particular, trust is everything. Fake overseas job offers are a real problem, and candidates are rightly careful. The brief was built around that:

  1. Look established and real. A full office address, phone, email and business hours, all easy to find.
  2. Explain the sectors clearly. Oil and gas, maintenance, construction, petrochemical, hospitality and steel plants each need their own explanation.
  3. Show current openings. Candidates want to see real requirements, not just general promises.
  4. Make applying simple. One clear "Apply For Job" path, available everywhere.
  5. Let candidates speak. Stories from placed workers are the most convincing proof.

What a manpower consultancy website must get right#

A manpower consultancy website is often the first thing a candidate checks after hearing about an agency. If it looks thin or hides its address, people walk away. If it is clear, local and full of real detail, it turns a cautious visitor into an applicant.

What we built

We built a recruitment-focused site where every section supports one action: apply.

Structure#

  • Home — "Your pathway to success in the Gulf job market", with Apply Now.
  • About — who Sky World Bokaro is and why candidates choose it.
  • Services — six industry sectors.
  • Careers and Openings — current requirements.
  • Gallery — photos from the office and events.
  • Contact — address, phone, email and hours.
  • Apply For Job — a button in the main menu on every page.

Six sectors, explained simply#

Each industry gets a short, plain explanation of the roles involved:

  1. Oil and Gas Plant — onshore and offshore, upstream and downstream.
  2. Maintenance Project — infrastructure, machinery and equipment maintenance.
  3. Construction Project — from civil engineering to project management.
  4. Petrochemical — roles in petrochemical plants.
  5. Hospitality Field — hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses.
  6. Steel Plants — manufacturing roles in steel production.

Real openings#

An "Our Openings" section lists recent requirements, such as roles with a central hospital, a food manufacturing company and an operations and maintenance company in Saudi Arabia. Candidates can see real, current demand.

Why choose us#

Three clear reasons are given: expertise and experience, an extensive network of Gulf employers, and continuous support even after a candidate has been placed. The agency's own track record figures are shown in counters on the home page.

Candidate stories#

Testimonials from placed candidates — a civil engineer, a mechanical engineer and an HVAC technician — explain in their own words how the agency helped them. For a nervous job seeker, these are the most persuasive part of the site.

Local and reachable#

The full Bokaro office address, phone number, email and business hours appear in the footer of every page, and a YouTube video introduces the agency.

Decisions that mattered#

  • Apply button on every page. One clear next step for candidates.
  • Sector pages in plain words. Workers can see which industry fits their skills.
  • Real openings and real stories. The strongest answer to "is this agency genuine?"

This site is not online at the moment; this write-up is based on the version that was live in August 2025.
