Site-wide call to action

This hospitality consultancy website was built for Source Qatar (Source Hospitality Management), a Doha firm that helps owners open restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens, check food and beverage quality, and train staff. The bilingual site turns six services into clear pages and leads every visitor to one action: book a free consultation.

The challenge

Source Hospitality Management, known as Source Qatar, is a hospitality management firm in Doha. It works with two kinds of clients:

  • New owners who want to open a restaurant, café or cloud kitchen and need help with concept, setup, menu and operations.
  • Existing operators who want to improve: better food and beverage quality, tighter operations and better-trained staff.

Its services fall into three groups: restaurant and café setup, food and beverage quality assessment, and professional training. The brief for the website came from how these clients make decisions:

  1. Explain what a consultant actually does. Many first-time owners do not know what a hospitality consultant offers or when to hire one. Each service needed a simple, practical explanation.
  2. Make the first step free and easy. The firm offers a free consultation. That had to be the clear next step on every page.
  3. Show proof. Owners trust other owners. Client logos and testimonials needed to be prominent.
  4. Arabic and English. Many restaurant owners and investors in Qatar prefer Arabic.
  5. Stay in touch. Not every visitor is ready today. A newsletter and social links keep the firm in mind until they are.

Why consultants struggle online#

Consulting is hard to show on a website, because there is no product to photograph. If the copy is vague ("we deliver excellence"), visitors leave without understanding what they would get. The fix is to describe each service as concrete tasks and outcomes in plain words.

What a hospitality consultancy website must do#

Opening a restaurant is a large investment, and owners are careful about who they trust with it. A hospitality consultancy website has to feel experienced and grounded: real clients, real services, a real office in Doha, and a calm, simple way to start talking. That is the feeling we designed for.

What we built

We built a focused, bilingual site with clear service pages and one main call to action.

Structure#

  • Home — who Source helps, the main services, client logos, a testimonial slider and the consultation button.
  • About Us — the team's background and approach.
  • Food & Beverage — restaurant and café setup, cloud kitchen setup and operations support.
  • Quality Assessment — food and beverage quality checks for existing outlets.
  • Clients — businesses Source has worked with.
  • Contact Us — the consultation form, phone, email and WhatsApp.

Six clear service pages#

Each of the six service pages follows the same simple pattern:

  1. Who this service is for.
  2. What the consultant actually does, step by step.
  3. What the owner gets at the end.
  4. A "Book a Free Consultation" button.

This turns abstract consulting into something an owner can picture and say yes to.

One main action#

"Book a Free Consultation" appears throughout the site and opens a short contact form. A WhatsApp link gives a faster option for owners who prefer to message.

Proof up front#

A testimonial slider on the home page and a Clients page show that real outlets in Qatar have used Source's services.

Arabic and English#

The full site is available in Arabic with right-to-left layout, as well as English.

Staying in touch#

A newsletter sign-up and links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram let interested owners follow Source until they are ready to start.

Decisions that mattered#

  • Concrete service descriptions. Each page explains real tasks, not slogans.
  • A free first step. Lowers the barrier for first-time owners who are unsure what they need.
  • Proof on the home page. Testimonials and clients appear before the visitor has to scroll far.
  • Bilingual from day one. Investors and owners can read in the language they prefer.

For other consultancies#

If you sell expertise rather than products, your website should make your work visible. Break it into clear services, explain each one in plain steps, show who you have helped, and offer an easy first conversation.

Questions about this project

What should a consultancy website include?
Clear service pages that explain real tasks and outcomes, proof such as client logos and testimonials, and one easy first step like a free consultation. Source Qatar's site follows this pattern.
How do you explain consulting services on a website?
Describe who the service is for, what the consultant actually does step by step, and what the client gets at the end. Concrete steps work far better than general promises.
Is the site available in Arabic?
Yes. Source Qatar's website has a full Arabic version with right-to-left layout, as well as English.
