Five things move the number far more than design polish does.

How to compare two quotes properly#
When ₹1.8 lakh and ₹6 lakh arrive for the same brief, they are almost never the same project. Before comparing totals, check four things.
- Scope granularity. A quote listing screens, roles, integrations and admin functions can be argued with. A one-page quote saying "mobile app — ₹2,00,000" cannot.
- Who owns the code. Get it in writing that the repository, design files and cloud accounts transfer to you. Agencies that hold the code hold the pricing power on every future change.
- What "done" means. Does the price include QA, store submission, a bug-fix window and handover documentation — or does it stop at the last feature?
- Who does the work. Ask who is actually writing the code and whether you can see three shipped apps from that team, live in the stores.
